Looking for a Lee .358 sizing die.

As usual I'd like to try second hand first before going to the dark side.

Think about what it took to make them ? How much / many scarce resources were used up
Always the German problem .. bigger is better
Russians understood the theory that quantity brings it's own quality
See siege of Sevastopol ( where this weapon was used )

Many people know about STALINGRAD not many know about SEVASTOPOL - which was perhaps worse and more important
Very much currently in the news

Quote from: Ds J on May 05, 2024, 09:56 PMIn searching for possible reasons for the headspace problem with my 308,
Do you have standard to spec ( SAAMI or CIP ) GO and NOGO gauges for your rifle ?
Really only the proper way to check the headspace - ON THE RIFLE - using factory ammo
( Of course YOUR headspace is a different matter ..  ;)  :) )
SIZING dies also have a role to play - IF you reload
Once you have measured and know what your rifle / chamber dimensions are -you can then work out a solution

Length of bullet
Nosler PART 160gr = 33.02mm
Rhino 160gr = 33.60mm

Might not have a serious affect on stability.

Treeman, not wanting to go on with a hobby is fairly normal. You gave up biking some time ago. With hunting, one seems to go through phases. Your playing phase seems to have taken a setback, and your teaching phase seems to have taken over. Don't worry about that, embrace it and move on.

Which Nosler bullets are you looking for?
