He mentions not to use any spray lube for rifle cases ?
He also mentions that it is likely lanolin based, why is this a problem ?

I went further into the link, a very informative site with good input. I will be using the the lead casting information soon.

Aerosol sprays are best for pistol brass.

Lanolin in alchohol is better for rifle brass, like Dillon makes, but not 100 percent reliable if the brass is tough to size.

Pure lanolin on each case does the job every time.

It takes a few cases stuck in the sizing die a few times over to stop using spray on rifle brass.
