Title: What are these scope rings called ?

Are they perhaps Weaver Style ?

Yes, they are, not the original which is hinged on one side with two screws on the other, but Weaver style anyhow.

Edit: can also be used with Picatinny rail

Thanks AK, did not know that I did not know what they were. The Weaver Style I guessed at was a thing I had read, but never seen and read name. So it was a "this must be what they talkin about" moment.
