I have a .243 Win built by Musgrave using a K98 action, I believe this was the standard way of doing things after the war.
These actions seem to be very popular.
This .243 that I have has reached the end of its barrel life and is now pretty much a stock and action. Question is, what do I do with this rifle now ? Is it still possible to rebarrel a rifle? Does the action have any value as our F*^&&*'d Up legal system stands at present?.

What do I do with this rifle with its tired barrel?
I am who I am - I am not who you want me to be.
Therefore I am me.
