Once you have your bullets you will need to coat them with a coating and there is nothing better on the market than the Bullet Corp Bullet Coating. The BCB Coating has been formulated for bullets and can withstand high pressure and heat with its thermal agent; it also has the best lubrication agent so you can be assured that your barrel will stay in perfect condition! The coating is applied wet allowing large numbers of bullets to be coated at a time. This makes for a fast and easy process and no need for bullets to stand up straight or worrying that they will bake onto each other. We sell the coating in 100g, 500g and 1kg bags. With 100g of coating you can coat +- 10000 9mm 124gr bullets using 2 coats. This makes the BCB Coating extremely cost effective. Costing you only +- 1c to 2c per bullet to coat. You will need a tumbler to apply the coating. The Bullet Corp Bullet Coating Tumbler. It's built strong to withstand commercial use and will last a lifetime. The tumbler was designed and manufactured by Bullet Corp so ensure you buy the original Bullet Corp Tumblers! The Bullet Corp Tumbler is very versatile: You can wash your bullets before coating with the BC Tumbler and you can apply the coating with the BC Tumbler. You can also smooth out the coating after the final coat with the BC Tumbler. You can even wash your brass with the BC Tumbler.

Once you have made the perfect bullets you will need to load them perfectly! Loading lead bullets is not the same as loading copper bullets. The brass needs to be perfectly prepared to accept the bullet without damaging the coating or swaging the base of the bullets smaller. Custom molds are R3000 using the same size block as our 8 cavities molds. So depending what size bullet you need you will get 8 to 6 cavities from it.
