I know slightly more about revolvers than eye makeup and vegan cuisine but not much so this may be a total waste of your time. These are not what you are asking for but one of them at least claims to be for a K frame.

The closest I found are the comp II, on Futurama, so I ordered a few.

I've got a supplier with a brand new nylon printer, and a design in my head that doesn't copy anything existing. Future project.
