I would have to second 223, Cody always wanted a set of bi pods for his rifle,(I hate them) I eventually got him a second hand set of good name brand and we fitted them. Boy was so chuffed, then he left his rifle on the roof of the bakkie and a storm came up, one of those 0 - 100 km/hr winds in 2 minute things. The rifle blew off the roof and the bi pod snapped. While I was getting it aluminium welded, a another hunter who also had bi pods but secretly also hated them, saw the chance to get rid of them.  So next hunt Cody had this El Cheapo off the web set of bi pods on his rifle, roff they are, but 3 - 4 years later he still has the cheap pair on and does not want his R1000 second hand ones back.
They are roff and need "a rubber put here and a spacer there" to be really good, but they are good once tweeked, a bit like Lee products actually.
I am who I am - I am not who you want me to be.
Therefore I am me.
