Hunted with the nicest people ever this week end.

The youngster hunted with Cody and I went with the 67 year old, first time in years that I come home from a hunt not broken, dead aching tired. The old boy shoots very poorly, and flinch's jerks shots. Been a long time since I seen someone ACTUALLY miss a buck, like you see the dust 6 ft left of animal. Nice thing is that he was open about battling, and was absolutely receptive to any input or help. Some dry firing and stance correcting sommer in the bush did wonders. We practiced and walked practiced on stones and walked.
In the end we saw another buck and I spoke him through stance, squeeze, and eye - brain, forget trigger. He got a 21 " ram that he saw before me.
But really nice people, really was a pleasure. Cody's guy got 2 of his wish list, but no pigs seen.

As can be seen shot was real bad, but it fell on spot. We practiced all ammunition finished later.later.
