Delivery Information
No Collection Option
All orders are dispatched by parcel courier only. It may seem an excessive amount to pay for an item that is of lower value, but consider that in terms of the cost per liter of fuel, and how much fuel your vehicle would use for the collection.
Shipping
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Dawn Wing Courier with tracking and drop-off with signature.
For example, should you order on a Thursday, dispatch will be Monday - assuming no intervening Public Holiday. Should you order on a Saturday, dispatch will be Tuesday - assuming no intervening Public Holiday.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as actual courier cost.
For door to door delivery anywhere in South Africa : flat rate R 120.00 .
Delivery is by Dawn Wing Courier Economy shipping, with delivery times between one and four working days. Order tracking is provided.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately : shipping and handling fees will apply to each of them.
Shipping and handling costs per order placed on the web site are final : shipping and handling costs cannot be consolidated if the orders are placed separately.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
Goods are sold voetsoets, with no return option. Please make sure that what you are buying is correct for your application, as no refunds or exchanges will be given.

All goods are provided as fit for purpose, and may or may not have cosmetic blemishes / wear marks.
AllGunStuff will not sell you something that is broken. Should you receive an item damaged in transit, it must be handled by the customer as a claim against the courier company.
Insurance
AllGunStuff will accept no liability for your order being lost by the courier company. Any such claim must be directed to the courier company by the customer.
