Firearms and Afriforum - WHERE is the Guide ?

I recently became aware of an initiative by Afriforum to assist people in applying for a firearms licence

However that link takes you somewhere else - in fact every similar link also never takes you to the above mentioned guide

I can also not find it anywhere else on the Afriforum website ?

Have Afriforum simply pulled the guide from public access ?
IF so .. WHY ?
