A friend of mine's son is in his last year of mechatronix and is a bit of a rocket surgeon. He plans on designing and producing integrated automation modules for blue machines as his side hustle. He's told me a bit about what he intends doing and I'd imagine that if he gets it off the ground there could be a market. The upper end of the reloading game seems to have no ceilling as far as cost goes.
