Hi Folks, does anyone have experience with Keltec? And how is their availability in SA?
I have had a look at their KSG (shotgun) and Sub2000 carbine.

I've never seen a Keltec product in the flesh in SA. Saw one of the 32 pistols advertised once

I have also just seen one item for sale - it was the KSG imported by a gun shop in Pretoria. It must have been 10 years ago and cost R16 000 back then.

From what I can see online, Kel-Tec have some very innovative ideas and a reputation for poor reliability...

This is indeed worrisome, especially in our circumstances. I have read aome complaints on the forums as well, and also some remarks which state the opposite, ie great reliability and durability.
Could it be QC ossues, or some flawed designs?
