I can find nothing about this anywhere on the InterWebz ?
Will there be a special release notification / release introductory prices
When will this model be released into the public market place ?
Will the LEE lifetime less 50% upgrade warranty apply in SA ?

Not released yet.
Lee just posted some photo's on their dealer site.
The upgrade warranty is usually not available here in SA.
