Looking for a RSA single shot, or any single shot action with a magnum bolt face.

On the way to finding a magnum single shot action, treeman referred a 308 single shot action, which the gunsmith confirmed can take 30-06 as is, so that will be a 30-06 target build.
Still looking for a single shot magnum action, magnum bolt face.
Is Sabi Rifles still in business ? They once produced a single shot target action.
